Delivery Policy:

Free Standard UK Delivery on orders over £30, facilitated through Royal Mail or courier service - estimated arrival within 6 days of shipping.

Overseas Delivery costs will vary dependent on delivery destination.

Items will aim to be processed and shipped within 5-7 working days.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

If an exchange or refund is required for an item:

In which you have changed your mind: Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in perfect condition, undamaged and not used. The cost of the item will be refunded following inspection. Unfortunately the cost of return postage cannot be refunded. We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels when returning goods and reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund if the goods have been altered or damaged in any way. 

 

In which the item is faulty when received: Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item, for a full refund including postage. Refunds will only be accepted if we are notified that goods are being returned to us before we receive them. We will not issue refunds of goods in which we have not received prior correspondence.
