All products offered for sale on this website are offered by Aces High Collectables. Which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.

Limited Rights to Use Content

All material including any intellectual property in it displayed on the Site ("Content") belongs to Aces High Collectables, or its suppliers & Manufacturers. We give you the right, for your own personal or non-commercial purposes only to:


Retrieve and display the Content on your PC screen.

Print individual pages on paper.

Store individual pages in electronic form on media.

You do not have the right to store any Content on any server or other storage device connected to an external network. Or make any other use of the Content.

Much of the content is owned by Aces High Collectables but certain content is used with the permission of third parties ("Third Party Content") and may be subject to additional restrictions. Product Details, Prices and Promotions

We take great care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible.

The prices for goods displayed for sale on the Website are as set out on the Website and are inclusive of VAT. Where additional charges are made for delivery, they are clearly displayed. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective for the countries and regions we deliver to.

Although we endeavor to ensure that all pricing and delivery information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, products and specifications of products on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time. We will not be liable to you or to anyone else for withdrawing goods from the website.

The images you see depend on your monitor’s display and color capability and may vary as a result. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the pictures of the products you see are an accurate representation of the actual items.

All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or anyone else in those circumstances. After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. K H Norton cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Once you have completed an online purchase, we will send you an email confirming that order. If the product/products are out of stock or we are currently expecting restocks, we will notify you of this.

Whilst we are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where:

The order reflects current pricing

Your credit/debit card is approved by your credit/debit card company.

You can access details of your order and any previous orders by logging in to your account once you have registered.

Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by email which will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive this email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.


Payments

Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account upon completion of your order.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

All card payments are processed by Secure Trading using their 100% secure system or via PayPal.

Availability

Our website links directly to our stock system. This means that items shown are in stock in our warehouse at the time you place your order. However there may be certain situations where items become unavailable. In the unlikely event of this happening we will inform you by email if any items you have ordered are unavailable. Please note we will refund your credit or debit card for items not sent to you.
